Garlic Roasted Parisian Potatoes
Parisian Potato variety "SOLANUM TUBEROSUM L." is selected from a clean
mature crop, peeled, blanched and pre-fried in vegetable oil.
2 lb. Parisian
Potatoes, 2 large cloves fresh chopped Garlic, 1 tsp. fresh chopped Parsley,
4 Tbsp. Clarified Butter, salt and ground white pepper to taste.
Butter over high heat. Poor the Parisian Potatoes into the frying-pan. Sauté
for 4-5 minutes, add the chopped garlic, salt and pepper. Continue to sauté
until golden brown. Add chopped Parsley and serve.
